The Channel Islands Dance Company's ethos is 'Unity Through Dance'. Their aim is to bring like-minded dancers together, who want to train and be inspired by their peers, all in a supportive and caring environment.

With a vision to inspire the next generation of dancers, The Channel Islands Dance Company run workshops for primary school age children of all abilities, including those without any prior dance experience. They also run Jersey's only associate program, where dance tutors are flown in from London's West End and top performing arts colleges, to give their attendees the best possible experience.
The Channel Islands Dance Company also hosts a yearly dance competition, where all Jersey dance schools are invited to compete in a friendly and encouraging environment.
