In all of Essential Dance's classes, the children learn formations, transitions and techniques before bringing everything together into a full dance routine. View the timetable on the Essential Dance website.

Essential Dance know how talented their dancers are and that their love of dancing doesn't start and end with weekly classes, so they run in-house dance competitions called 'Show us Your Moves'. There are six competition disciplines: acro, ballet, contemporary, jazz/show dance ('showbiz stars'), street and tap, as well as three competition categories, and three competition age classes. Essential Dance's students, and their friends, are also welcome at their dance holiday camps and workshops; no previous dance experience is necessary.

From their incredible dancers who inspire each other, to their amazing tribe of parents who regular help out with costumes, music, photos and much more - they are one big Essential family!
