Wild Earth Dance gatherings are rooted in ecstatic dance with the intention of healing and building unity in the connection in not only ourselves, but the community around us too.
In this dance, you will learn to cultivate presence with your own energy, and upon discovering your own dance within, you'll use the movement that comes and the energetic experience will release stuck patterns in your body, emotions, mind and spirit. Dance experience is not required to attend a Wild Earth Dance gathering, and you will feel empowered and safe to try new things and push yourself out of your comfort zone. Evidence suggests that creative movement and dance is a key ingredient in a happy, healthy and fulfilled life.
There are also full moon dance sessions which are very much focused on the embodiment of the divine feminine.
