A two-hour Capoeira workshop with Adriano Oliveira from Bahia, Brazil. Experience authentic dance moves with roots in Africa!

This workshop is suitable for all levels, but please note that a good general level of fitness is required as it will be energetic. Please wear comfortable fitness/dance wear and dance shoes (or barefoot).
