A fun 1-hour dance workout session with Corrine from Jersey Capoeira, based on Brazilian dance fusion!

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian Martial Art encompassing fight, acrobatics, dance elements, music and song. It derives from the plantations and streets of Brazil as an expression of emancipation during the slave trade era.
