Rainbow Ceremony: A celebration of all we are, an embodied integration of all the modules and chakras with a divine invocation and affirmation of our intentions.

‍Part of Wild Earth Dance's 3-month spiritual embodiment intensive 'Awakening' course. This 8-week intensive course is a dance-sing-prayerful-movement-vibrational sound healing and transformational immersion into the mysterious spiral fabric of your chakras.

The main modalities for empowerment and change within Awakening are:

Ecstatic dance (alchemical embodiment)
Each session will feature guided conscious movement and trance-state movement meditations, offering a transformative experience led by Maria, who has been facilitating these powerful dance spaces since 2009. Participants can expect numerous benefits, including emotional release through the free expression of suppressed emotions and stress reduction by promoting relaxation through rhythmic, flowing movement.

Additionally, these sessions enhance self-expression, fostering authentic, judgment-free movement, while also improving physical health by boosting cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and muscle tone. The physical activity energises and revitalises participants, stimulates creativity, and nurtures mindfulness by encouraging presence in the moment.

Maria shares, "Each chakra is intricately linked to specific life initiations, holding a collection of stories and experiences you've gathered throughout this lifetime. Each gathering will be 3 hours long and the embodiment sessions will be held at L’Hermitage Village Hall in St Peter. Parking is at the back of the Goose on the Green.
