January 2025 Schedule
Classes are offered at various locations, including St. Mary’s Community Centre, St. Martin's School, and Trinity Parish Hall. They run weekly over several weeks, with times tailored to fit different schedules. Morning and evening options are available, so there's something for everyone!
- Sunday at 09:30: Cardio Dance at St. Martin's School; 7-week course beginning 5th January
- Monday at 18:00: Dance Fit at St. Mary's Community Centre; 6-week course beginning 6th January
- Tuesday at 18:00: Cardio Dance at St. Martin's School; 6-week course beginning 7th January
- Thursday at 10:00: Dance Fit at Trinity Parish Hall; 6-week course beginning 9th January
Each course is designed with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, making it easy for participants to join and enjoy the experience.
