Simply Ballroom, Jersey's 2024 Grand Charity Ball for BBC Children in Need, held on Friday 15th November, proved to be a resounding success!
Hosted at Jersey's most prestigious dance facility, St. Helier Town Hall, and with thanks to the generosity of the Constable, dancers came together to enjoy an evening of ballroom, Latin American, rock and roll, and sequence dances - whilst raising money for a good cause. Dancers enjoyed live music from Philip Le Claire, followed by a playlist of favourites.
An impressive total of £1,320 was raised from ticket sales, the raffle, and the auction for BBC Children In Need. This contribution will help fund life-changing projects for disadvantaged children across the UK.
