Line dancing has long been a popular and enjoyable way for people of all ages to stay active, socialise, and have fun. Whether you're a seasoned line dancer or a complete beginner, Jersey offers plenty of opportunities to get involved in line dancing.
The appeal of line dancing
Line dancing is a choreographed dance with a repeating sequence of steps in which a group of people dance in one or more lines or rows, all facing either each other or in the same direction, and executing the steps at the same time. It’s a great way to meet new people, improve your fitness, and have a lot of fun!
Where can I go line dancing in Jersey?

> Monday afternoon tea dances with line dance routines
Join Tea Dance Club for line dancing as well as ballroom dancing, and sequence dancing with great music, great company, and a full afternoon tea from 14:00 - 16:00. Find out more.

The first of Step55 Club weekly line dance routine classes run from 10:00 - 11:00 on Tuesday mornings at St. Martin's Parish Hall. This is following a fun fitness class, and is followed by an Eastern inspired movement class. Find out more.

The last Saturday of the month is Step55 Club's big line dance tea dance from 14:00 - 17:00 at Communicare, where dancers enjoy a whole afternoon dancing the routines they have learned and loved.
